Effective, traditional herbs for fever, chills, aches, coughs, runny noses, and sore throats.

This custom blend of seven herbs helps provide relief for fever, chills, runny noses, aches, coughs and sore throats through numerous anti-viral, anti-bacterial and other constituents.

Use: 1 - 2 teaspoons per cup. Steep 5 - 10 minutes. Cover while steeping for best results. Makes over 20 cups.

Herbs used in this custom blend


Boneset herb (Eupatorium perfoliatum): Helps ease deep muscle and bone pain. Reduces fever, and works as an expectorant. Received its common name during the "breakbone" flu outbreak.

Elder Berry and blossoms (Sambuccus nigra): Helps to reduce fevers. Anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal.

Violet herb (Viola spp.): Fights respiratory infection, help for whooping cough and sore throats.

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale): Relieves nausea, reduces fever, works as an expectorant.

Yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium): Reduces mucous. Anti-bacterial. Fever reducer.

Thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris): Widely used for bronchitis. Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral.

Calendula blossoms (Calendula officinalis): Supports healthy immune and lymphatic functions. Anti-bacterial. Assists with toning the lymphatic system and promoting proper drainage.
